Is it possible for shops to ask customers if they will complete surveys? Some people that I have called said they do not want to complete a survey and have been very rude! Just a thought.dds.

Maybe there can be some sort of thing on IM that can be linked to Java that if we sign out of Java, it automatically signs us out of Windows IM. I often forget to sign out of IM and have Im'd people who are not there, if I had a question. Just an idea.
